Fixed prices, set before work starts. No per-user fees and no metered usage, because a credit union’s headcount should not change its bill.

How an engagement runs
Discovery call
One hour with your IT lead. Which systems, which ticketing tool, how positions map to access today. You get a fixed quote within a week.
Vendor review
We send the security package and answer your questionnaire while contracts are reviewed. This is usually the longest step, and it runs in parallel.
Build and dry runs
Connectors are configured against your test accounts. Every run is previewed with your admin until the output matches what your team would have done by hand.
Cutover
Tenure handles live tickets with dry-run approval on. After an agreed number of clean runs, approval can be relaxed for routine cases.
Support
Next-business-day response, connector updates, and an annual review before your exam window.
Pilot pricing
The first credit unions to deploy Tenure receive a reduced implementation fee in exchange for serving as a reference and shaping the connector roadmap. Ask about it on the discovery call.
